Hotel Mystays Premier Omori Tokyo

The charming decor in the lobby and general areas of the hotel was so delightful. It had a soothing ambience, with cozy seating and beautiful traditional Japanese elements that made me feel right at home. The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-maintained electric facilities including easy-to-use lifts and a reliable water supply. The hotel's location in the Omori area, known for its residential and office districts, was quiet and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. It was also a short walk to Oumori Station, which was convenient for exploring.

More support for senior guests, such as extra assistance with luggage, would enhance the overall experience for senior travelers.

I keep returning for city trips. The staff once helped me with printing important documents. The hotel suits me perfectly: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. It's great to have free airport shuttle too.

The room was so cozy, with a small sofa and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was a big plus too. As someone who loves comfort and relaxation, this room had everything I needed.

I wish the seating area was a bit more spacious.

Free shuttle service to nearby airport. Friendly and professional staff with comfortable amenities, including fluffy pillows and quality toiletries. Tasty breakfast options with homemade tofu and great coffee.

The hotel room was so spacious that I could have thrown a party in there! And let's not forget the amazing breakfast, which gave me enough energy to conquer Tokyo. Oh, and the in-room Swedish oil massage was just heavenly!

Who needs a lunch break? Not me! The hotel restaurant was closed for lunch during the holidays, leaving me hungry and ready to explore the Omori area for food.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness was outstanding with complete toiletries. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including fast and reliable WiFi. Staff spoke English and were helpful. It was close enough to the train station, making transportation convenient.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the airport and within walking distance to many eateries and stores. Plus, the staff were very friendly and polite, always ready to assist with any requests.

The interior public areas, like the hallways, could definitely do with a makeover. They looked outdated and gloomy, which didn't leave a good first impression.

I chose this hotel for attending a training session, and I found the facilities to be very accommodating. The 24-hour reception, safety box at the front desk, elevator, several restaurants, massage service, meeting room.

One service that I missed for my work was the absence of a business center with printing and copying facilities.

The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the city and a short train ride to the popular Odaiba. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options around the Omori area. During my stay, I felt like I had the city at my fingertips, with an array of restaurants that catered to every taste and mood.

Parking for larger vehicles could be challenging.

The hotel has an advantageous location, being conveniently located near the station. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores scattered within a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

The staff provided poor service, lacking friendliness and failing to adequately communicate with guests during group arrivals.

I had a great time staying here. The location is perfect as it is only a 10-minute walk from a huge shopping center and very close to the station where you can easily get to Tokyo and Yokohama. The scenery is also amazing here as the hotel is situated on Sakura street and there are many Sakura trees along the road. The service is fabulous as they offer dry cleaning, housekeeping, airport shuttle, and many room amenities including heating, mini-bar, and even a separate tub and shower.

This venue provides everything you need and more. The leisure facilities include a massage and Jacuzzi and there is 24-hour reception with excellent staff who always help out with any questions.
